Where are your servers located?
Our servers are in Lenoir, North Carolina. 

What are the LVE limits for the plans?

Basics
CPU: 150% (1.5 CPU Cores)
RAM: 2GB

Power User
CPU: 200% (2 CPU Cores)
RAM: 2GB
I/O: 1024 KB/s
IOPS: 2048
NPROCS: 150

Elite
CPU: 400% (4 CPU Cores)
RAM: 4GB
I/O: 2048 KB/s
IOPS: 2048
NPROCS: 300

All other limits are currently undefined (for example, we do not impose any inode limits, only disk space). 

Can I upgrade LVE limits for my account without upgrading the whole account?
Yes! Just contact sales.

What control panel is available?
All of our shared hosting runs on cPanel. We also offer Softaculous for 1-click installs.

Do you allow adult hosting?
Yes, legal adult hosting is permitted as long as it is compliant with all applicable US laws.

Are backups included?
Yes, we perform daily backups.
